Welcome to our Home site!  We are the Junior Student2Student (JS2S) group for Dixon Middle School.

What is JS2S?  According to the Military Child Education Coalition--

The Junior Student 2 Student (JS2S) is a program lead by middle/junior high school students to meet the transitional needs of middle/junior high school students. MCEC specialists train identified middle school students and their advisor(s) in three areas: academics, relationships, and how to find their way about their new school and community. You can learn about both the JS2S and the S2S programs at this site:

We currently have seventh and eighth grade students in the program.  They will assist a new student in any way possible.  Sixth grade students will be considered for the program after the first of the year. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call or e-mail Mrs. Julie Grossman or Mrs. Toni Grimsey.
